Day 2 of 29 Gifts

Friday 30 April... My gift this morning was to Judy. Instead of running out the door at 6am (to go running!), I spent the time with her - sorted out a difficult communication, hung out together, gave each other Light, talked and listened and loved. A great start to the day. This business of gifts is not only about giving, but also, often, about giving stuff up...

Day 1 of 29 Gifts

My gift today was to seven people who joined me in a meeting and dinner, which I had convened. It's a group we called, initially, "It's About Bloody Time" - because we were all saying we didn't have time to meet... then we all DID meet. We talked about our relationship with time, all the different attitudes to and experiences of time we have. It was good to meet, and (after travelling through somewhat challenging territory) a level of trust and connectedness was built. We will continue to meet once a month, led by one or two of us, exploring time, life and our universes.

29 Gifts in 29 Days: come and play!

Hi there! I'm about to kick off the exercise '29 Gifts in 29 Days', inspired by a speech I heard a young woman give last week. It's pretty simple - give 29 gifts, one each day, for 29 days in a row.

As a sort of birthday gift from me to whomever I give them to, I'm starting this week, on 29 April - the day after my birthday. I invite you to join me - particularly my beloved housemates, Daniel and Eve, Rick and Heather, and Judy!
